Hello Beautiful Community, and Happy July!
Ahhh… it feels so good to be emerging from that June gloom. With the arrival of summer, I can feel my inner light beginning to match the radiance of the season. The flowers in full bloom, the golden sun at its peak, warm evenings, and the spaciousness in our days—this time of year feels like nature’s way of reminding us of our own fullness.
Summer is the embodiment of abundance ... raw, vibrant, and alive.
This month, I invite us all to turn our attention toward that abundance! Not the kind we strive for, but the kind that already surrounds us and lives within us.
✨ Abundance Gratitude Ritual
A simple daily practice to align with the energy of the season:
Morning (or whenever you rise):
Place your hands on your heart and take 3 deep, nourishing breaths.
Whisper to yourself: "I am held. I am full. I am enough."
Journaling Prompt (5 minutes):
Write down 3 things you are grateful for that reflect abundance in your life right now.
They can be simple or profound like your breath, your garden, a connection, your body’s healing, the laughter of a child.
Optional Somatic Add-On:
After journaling, stand up and stretch your arms wide open, as if receiving the sunlight.
Say out loud: “I am open and present to the abundance that is here.”
Let this be a gentle anchor point each day, reminding you that you don’t have to chase abundance. You are already in it.
