Journey Into the Inner Earth

Guided Handpan Meditation • Circular Breathwork • Immersive Sound Bath

November 14th | 1:30–3:00 PM

At The Peacedome at The Ecology Center

This guided journey into the Inner Earth is an invitation to move beneath the noise of the outer world and into the deeper places within. Through guided meditation and live handpan looping, you’ll be led into an inner landscape of stillness, symbolism, and remembrance, creating space to listen for what is ready to be released, reclaimed, or understood. From there, we’ll move into breathwork to deepen the experience, followed by an immersive sound bath to support integration, rest, and return.

Among Women

Held Every Wednesday | 7:00 - 8:30 PM (doors 6:30, close 9:00 PM)

With Brooke + Nichole

The Village at Laguna Beach

Among Women is our weekly women’s circle, a space to gather, connect, and meet what feels alive in the collective each week. Every circle will be guided by a theme, conversation, or reflection intended to support transformation, growth, deeper self-awareness, and connection with one another. Please bring a journal and pen, water, and come ready to be present. We also ask that phones stay out of the circle space so we can protect the intimacy, attention, and intention of our time together.

Ceremonies

Deep Heart Ceremony

Experience the profound healing power of our Deep Heart Ceremony, a plant medicine ceremony that honors both ancient traditions and modern therapeutic practices. These plant medicines, known as entheogens, are revered for their ability to reveal the soul and foster deep spiritual insight. This ceremony is thoughtfully crafted to help you connect with your inner wisdom, heal emotional and energetic blockages, and cultivate a deep sense of unity and peace. Guided by experienced facilitators, the Deep Heart Ceremony provides a sacred space for intentional transformation, allowing you to engage in meaningful ritual and deep inner work through the portal of your Deep Heart, with the support of plant allies. This ceremony also emphasizes community, providing a space to connect deeply with others on a similar path of healing and self-discovery.
